Products vary by weight and fragrance.  Any weights provided are estimations based on the average weight of that product.

If you are unhappy with your item, please contact me so that I can make things right.  Pickup or local delivery orders, please inspect your items at the time of pickup or delivery.  Refunds will be not be issued for items damaged after the fact.

If you have allergy concerns or any concerns about the oils in my products, please request a product information sheet prior to ordering.  I am not responsible for any allergic reactions that you experience after purchasing my products.  My product information is readily available and I use only the best quality ingredients. Product Safety Sheet, Allergen List, and IRFA Certificate documents available upon request. 

I do not accept returns or do refunds.  Please contact me through the website if there is a problem. 

We ship USPS Priority Mail and the packages are insured.  Please note that The Little Bean Wax Co. is not responsible for missing or damaged packages.  Once a tracking number is assigned, please use this to resolve any issues with your local post office or to submit a claim.
